The good/bad news is that I have the problem isolated to the tracks internet connection.

Oh well... will hopefully have it ironed out for the Klash.

I was frustrated and left early. But you gotta give credit where its due. I have already received a refund and I bet others have as well. GREAT customer service.

I would try their product again, they clearly stand behind it!

Thank You to everyone who tried tonight. I take a lot of pride in running live streams (it's just a hobby), and have never been so embarrassed in failing at something. I am more determined than ever to deliver something... "epic" for the Klash in October. If I have to spend the entire week before the Klash down there re-routing every CAT5 cable, I will. We WILL make this work.

We successfully streamed from another track in Michigan without so much as a glitch at the same time we were trying to stream from Kokomo. The Kokomo staff has already been proactive by approaching us and asking what do we need to make the stream a sure-fire product. So the ball is already moving to get this straightened out.
