I believe the new rule provides three provisionals for each of the top 15 ...

If I read it correctly....2 ea are awarded to drivers in top 20 as of July 8th in both Natl n'Cra for ISW!!....not sure if they take 1 or 2 from ea. area ea nite??......CRA prov. will line up behind Natl drivers if avail.!!.......
