OK HELLO business owners!!! It is time to get off your butts and advertise a little. I know things are tuff more so than most of you. The Muffler business is very very quite now days, but I know I must still ADVERTISE to bring in the business.
The first thing I did was get out my "Busness Model" and read all 2177 pages of it, "twice". It states that I should set aside at least 10% of my gross sales toward advertising unless!!! it is on a race car or involves racing in general then the amount is strictly up to the business owner.
I then had a board of directors meeting. She said it was OK.
I then checked with my accouant. He said $300.00 was a little over 10%, but is was still pre tax money, and would come off the top as money I did not make this year, so it really wasn't $300.00.
I know that racers support racers.
"In business all things being equal I will always deal with a fellow racer".
I know that my investment advertising with the MMSA will more than pay for itself, If a racer is near L'Vill and needs exhaust work I hope they will give me a chance to compete for their business.
I know that I'm not the only small business owner racing mini sprints. Look at it like this, Your add with the MMSA Eldora race would be much much less expensive than an add in the Eldora race program. It will go directly towards the Purse, that you might even have the chance to win back.
Why not spend $50.00 or $100.00 and place an add for your fellow racers business.
Honest Dad himself
