One of the best features of the year with only 18 some odd cars. Kudos go out to Mo Will. One of the best ,if not the best,(and I have seen a bunch), flag men in the state. Thanks Mo!

Korte did a great job dealing with the heavy lapped traffic. I don't think I've ever seen that many drivers multiple laps down not elect to pull off. (or at least not in a race of this short duration.) Not saying anyone was in the way per se, but they did affect the outcome.

Here we go again with the b-tching about the track prep. Even with the tractor show, and a ton of yellows in the modified feature, they still got the entire program done at 10:20 tonight.

A very enjoyable evening at TSS! The crowd was about half of that two weeks ago, and the sprint car count was on the light side, but the racing was top notch. The crowd size was down because of several factors. Some of the locals simply stayed home because they felt there would be a low sprint car count, while the fans who travel from the north either went to Lawrenceburg, LPS or even Belle-Clair. Clay County (Flora, IL) was also running sprint cars, and I do know of a few spectators from southern Illinois who opted for that venue. Bottom line is that there was a lot of competition for the race fan dollars Saturday night. I saw a quality race program, and I hope that everyone else did likewise and that all the tracks had a profitable evening!

After many years of going to watch WoO and and MSCS Shows, I finally ran Tri-State! Everyone was nice, great track prep, and smooth running show! I just hate that I didn't get to run the 25 Lap A-Main! We had ignition problems develop about halfway through the Heat Race. Car was good and moving up until that happened. Ready to go back for sure!
