I would sponsor an Illinois sprint week. Jacksonville, Granite City, Canton, Danville, Red Hill, Quincy, and maybe Knoxville for a half mile. I agree with another poster, Neely and Hollingsworth deserve good rides.

Besides trying to coax an Eric Shively/Brian Cripe team back on the track, I'd probably attempt to become a J.W.Hunt wannabe, and spread the wealth through pit areas across the country. (Since of course I'd be retired like Spridge, and that's all I had to do was hit race tracks)

Oh, and I would provide Kevin Olson an updated '63 Pontiac Safari station wagon full of beer, a freshly painted Hollywood trailer, and any pre-'86 Midget of his liking to go for his 3rd USAC National Championship!

Oh heck Petey, I was just making a little joke. Although, in my true belief I think he would go through some equipment to offset a few trophy's. He is a gasser, no denying that.

David.
The more I think about it, I would put David Ayers in the car. Why? To find out if $$$$ really does equal speed. :Steer

I always wanted to be like J.W. Hunt too.

Also would have to rent Little Belleville and Macon and have a non wing sprint race there just to watch them on the small tracks, along with the midgets.
