Well bud I was referring to USAC wins, I'm not sure on the official count of total wins, but I know Darland won quite a few the two years he drove for Jeff. One USAC win is more USAC wins than Billy won the last 10 years especially the two 30K wins in Cali, but nothing against him he is a quality driver. Hell, Petty won at least 5 or 6 shows with limited time (and a Bullet chassis) with Jeff in 2006....:darland:

Brent, I seriously doubt that this message board is what tipped the scales regarding Lawrenceburg's track prep. All it takes is a set of eyes and a little common sense to know things weren't right for the double USAC show. Mel pulled me aside before the first heat race was run and said, "Cecil, I f----- up!!" Dave and Mel knew they needed to change how they were doing things for track prep. I honestly think they were a little gun-shy after flipping 12 race cars in the opening night USAC show (my car included!!!!!) and just held back on the water a bit too much for the ISW shows. Just my opinion, however.

Cecil, hope you didn't think I thought you were one complaining about the early tracks, but I did see alot of people who did. Also in no way was that meant as a slam at their staff. I felt they could have arguably been promoters of the year.

And the Sword Man is gaining on all of them. You've seen his dad?

Anyone who takes rumors seriously needs to back away from the computer for awhile and get outside a bit.

Brent, In no way did I take your post for anything other than how you intended it. I'm just questioning how much impact this message board affected their track prep. You can disagree with or question anything I say on here. I can take it because I dish it out also!:emote20: I enjoy your posts and respect your opinions. We're good!
