Wanted to see Coons in Vl. At least he tried to make the top work.

Our feed never came back. Everytime we tried to get back on it would say off air. But, we did see all but 3 laps!!! Thanks Dean, USAC and Kokomo Speedway. We are GRATEFUL!!

The top went away in like 2 laps. It was there all night then, it just vanished into thin air!!!! Can't remember who it was that drove into the wall in 4 when Ballou crashed (maybe Bland or Bloom) under caution but what was up with that? Acted like he had no steering or brakes. Must have been texting!

Bland got into Ballou after Robert had spun and broke something on the front end. Looked like it didn't actually come apart until he tried to turn and it took him into the wall.

Robert Ballou enough is enough. Many fans are sick and tired of your behavior on the track after you get out of your car. I think USAC may have a rule or something that you can not enter anyone else's pit and cause a problem or start a fight. They should create the same rule for on the track.....meaning if you go up to another driver in their car and attempt to create a problem or damage their car you should be subject to the same penalty as you would entering someone else's pit.

All in all it was another great night of racing at Kokomo. Yes, it did slick off and get dustty the last half of the feature but up until that point.....WOW! The heats and b were some of the, if not the best I have ever seen with hard racing throughout the entire field. Wish The O,Conners would have worked the track in the downtime and showed everyone what a race track is supposed to be like for a feature. Met the swordsman and he had helmet on ready to still someones ride!
