I think we should keep an eye on 14 yr. old Dakota Jackson. He had a 3rd place at Bloomington in a strong field(came from 16th start), a third at twin cities, and a third and a fifth at LPS.All while in the family owned car.

I'm in complete agreement about Dakota. The night he ran third at Twin Cities he ran the top with virtually no cushion but drove the car like he had done it a million times before. I can see him picking up a win or two next year.

With the risk of recieving a text from Spridge, calling me a bandwagon jumper again, I'll go ahead and agree with Dakoda Jackson...14-years-old and only ran about 20 races this year after taking off almost a whole year of any racing, he's smooth and respectful to the guys he's racing with, while finding his way to the front, often.

I followed the Ford Focus series this year and saw Dakoda run a Kenyon midget one weekend. He was pretty smooth, but what really impressed me was watching two 12 year olds running there Kenyons in the same field with the Focuses on asphalt throughout the year. They both showed great improvement and a good set, watch for them next year and the years to come. Nick Hamilton and Isaac Chapple, as a fan I hope to see them next year. USAC or not.

Keep a eye on one of the hard charger's, CHRIS WINDOM. Although hurt most of the year Chris came back strong at Lburg and Winchester. He can run the pavement or the dirt in a midget or sprint car and is only 18 years old. He's been a Chili Bowl "A" main qualifier the last 2 years.......2010 WILL BE HIS YEAR !!!
