I am very sorry to hear this news. As everyone has said, Dwight was a great poster on this board. I had the opportunity to chat with him in the chat room a few times and he was a true gentleman. RIP:crying:

I had the pleasure of meting Dwight at Brownstown a couple of years ago, and we had a very enjoyable visit. This is a total shock...:crying:

WOW did this shock me. i had met up with dwight first here on this board. we made arrangements to meet at a couple shows first at bloomington and then at kokomo. sad to say i didn`t make many indy trips this year and only chatted with dwight here on the board . dwight always seem to have the right view on most of the subjects that came up on here..... my prayers go out to his family and to all his many, many friends ........ it`s not going to be the same here anymore....... he truly loved this board and auto racing

I had the pleasure of meeting Dwight as we made our trips to Indiana the last couple years and you will never find a nicer guy to talk to. The first time i met him at Gas City he actually walked through the whole parking lot just to find us cause he knew what type of vehicle we were driving, then he offered to buy me lunch. Just a great all around guy and if you had a question about racing past or present he would have the answer for you. He will be sadly missed. :crying:

I first met Dwight whenwe bolth worked for URC many moons ago. Had lost contact with him and then through this and other message boards reconnected with him.

Dwight, make sure to sayHi to Mickey, Bill & Dalores Bauer, Scats Anfuso, Jim Campbell & of course Louis Kunz when you have a chance in making the rounds at that big race track in the sky.

I am not ashmed to say that right now there are tears of sadness running down my face.

Rest In Peace -Dwight.

My your soul and the souls of all the faithful departed Rest In Peace.

RIP Dwight. This is a tuff one to swallow. Great man and great person. I am glad he found the job he always wanted before this happened. You were a good soldier for us and that will carry on.

I too, when I first logged on said oh no, must be a joke. Very sad news. Met Dwight a couple years back when we were running a split show with X2RA at Montpelier. Very neat guy, definately going to be a void on this board without him. RIP Dwight

This is such a loss for IOW and racing, he was signed up at message boards around the world, giving his advice, freindship and knowledge. He told me of his time Down Under and had hoped to come back down and we were to meet.

There is a private message in my "out box" that I now know will never get read.

Truly saddened by this.
Its Fathers day here in New Zealand.
