What about Warsaw Speedway. Beautiful location. Would not take a ton of work to get track and stands ready.
The is a ton of local support. The only problem is the fairboard. Most of the people that wanted it closed are gone.
Be the only dirt track in northern indiana. Friday Gas City Saturday Warsaw Sunday Kokomo. Just like the good old
days only better with a Friday night track!!! Still plenty of old Avilla fans and racers to support it...
Just a thought

kamp be a good place to buy very fast track, plenty of bleachers, racing surface away from main fence although I didnt much care for the wall that was used but very fast track. far as I know hasnt been purchased just some offers kicked around. They could run gas city fri night, Boswell sat night and kokomo on sun night.

This is a great track , fair board can't decide what to do with it.
