From 13 years of law enforcement I know that there are 2 sides to each story. And even when you have 2 people that observed the same thing, they tell it differently.
I hope and pray that Kasey will be treated with the honesty and respect that he has shown me from the very first time I met him at Kokomo Speedway.

What do you think would happen if a driver tried to walk into a restricted area at Eldora without the proper credentials?

My guess is that the assault would be reversed...

I think somebody would give him or her a beer that was in their back pocket.

Ok, Kasey was wrong but on the other hand GET REAL!
A security guard in that location should have some knowledge and COMMON SINCE. I blame the head of Security for having someone that is not trained or the experince in such a key location.
I hope everyone emails the track.
Its Chili Bowl Time!

I gotta agree with Hawker....sounds like the guy was doing EXACTLY as he was told / trained to do. It all boils down to that "gray area" in a black, & white policy - like most rules / laws - UGH!!!

Soo... a driver goes into a track and is pumped up... and has not got time to deal with stupid stuff..this thing will be settled out of court...to bad.
