The lap car that was 2 laps down who was running the bottom then seen the lay over flag and moved to the top right in front of the leaders? He was 30mph off the pace maybe they need to implement a minimum speed rule or run a bmain and eliminate those guys. You sir must not know that the layover flag means for the lap cars to hold their line.
