I'm not an expert but they are two hours ahead of us by SF. They used to be in in different time zones. Like the LB was eastern.:headbang

Most of Indiana, 90%, is in the Eastern Time Zone. Only small parts of N/W and S/W Indiana are Central Time Zone. So they are UTC plus 10 hours.

I'm not sure but this SPRING forward and FALL back three weeks forward and back thing. (The Bush time change) Change the state of Indiana into one time zone now.:rolling

Indiana had its own time zone because back just a few years ago we were one of only two states that was smart enough NOT to use daylight savings time. Indiana is now on Daylight Savings... So the Indiana Time zone should not be used.
