Am I the only member of the Indiana Open Wheel message board who finds it strange that USAC allows Shane Hmiel to race although he has been suspended for life by NASCAR for failing drug tests three times ?

Shane is not the first and probably not the last. USAC has a drug testing policy in place as of this year.

Heat race winners will start the A in the top 4 spots straight up by their qual times. 2nd place finishers in the heats will start 5-8 based on their qual times, and so on and so on.
