All i have to do is listen to here wine on that radio about being spun out and wonder if her little foul mouth is going to get her in trouble soon. Seemed like when Stewart spun when he was up front he took it like a man and laughed and even gave the thumbs up to the safety workers. To bad Jimmy Spencer wasnt still racing,,i bet him and her could have a nice conversation after a crash!!!

Danny,
For $50,000, sprint car drivers will put on a cheap looking crown and cloak, carry a specter and be ordained by a make-believe priest as a king.

I really don't think she's alone in her reaction. I've known a lot of others to have hissy fits -- and they had third legs. Mr. Foyt and Mr. Stewart come to mind, especially in their early years.

I AGREE.
There should be no such thing as a provisional -- at any level. No hard luck provisional. No past champion's provisional. No prettiest car provisional. No I've-got-a-big-sponsor-and-can-buy-my-way-into-the-race provisional. The only provisional should be earned with your right foot and a steering wheel. Provisionals should not be bought and sold like a good set of tires.
How many times did Richard Petty get added to the field late in his career because he had a past champion's provisional? Provisionals exist for one reason -- the benefit of the race promoter, and sanctioning body.
But, that is the system that exists in NASCAR with its "franchise" arrangement. It should not be that way, and should be changed, but how can anybody be criticized for using the system that they are given to live by.

Thanks Bob.
You're right. There were a lot of drivers out of their element, but you have only read about one of them here on indianaopenwheel.com.
I am reminded about a time 20 years ago, or so, when a preacher in Indianapolis kept organizing protests of the Bob and Tom Radio Show broadcasts. The more he protested, the more publicity Bob and Tom got.
Bob and Tom's opinion ... thanks for making us the biggest thing in Indianapolis.

Race is on one of the stations at work, after I seen the crash, first thought, is Danica in it.

Anyone catch Dave Despain's comments regarding Danica on Wind Tunnel last night? He was spot on.
