“Friday feature slated for Saturday Morning at Kemper

Kansas City, Mo., Dec. 19---Friday night's scheduled 40-lap 'Twas the Midget before Christmas feature at Kemper Arena, will be run Saturday Morning, due to curfew regulations imposed by the City of Kansas City.
A total of 82 cars participated in the opening night event sanctioned by the O 'Reilly POWRi National Midget Series. Leading the field to the start of the feature will be the front row of Dave Darland and Cory Kruseman. Brad Loyet, and J.J. Yeley will comprise row two of the 20-car starting field, which will pay $5,000-to win .
Also slated for Saturday morning will be the feature for the "O Reilly POWRi Micro Sprints. All five divisions will also run the regularly scheduled program of events for Saturday afternoon and evening.
SUMMARY
40-lap Feature: to be completed Saturday Morning Dec. 20.
12-lap B Feature Winners: Brad Kuhn, Jerry Coons Jr.
10-lap C Feature Winners: Dave Camfield Jr., Caleb Armstrong.
8-lap D Feature winners: Davey Ray, Bubba Altig.
8-lap Heat Race Winners: Eddie Martin, Dave Darland, Chris Walker, Brad Loyet, Kevin Swindell, Cory Kruseman, Chris Windom, Andrew Felker, Kuhn, Coons Jr.
Top Passing Points Earner: Darland & Kruseman 65.5 each.
Cars Present: 82 ***Travis Berryhill flipped in heat six. Joe boyles flipped second B Feature. All drivers uninjuried

Just curious.......Why is there a 2am curfew on an indoor race. Is that bedtime for everyone? Why not 3 or 4 ? Just seems kind of stange in a big city like that.

The problem with this race is the track is way to small. almost no banking. I cant belive nobody up here has a tape measure!

Yes Brad Kuhn and Jerry Coons win the b mains and their heats they will start 13th and 14th in the feature this will be good for them to pass if some one dont get stupid!!!
