That's to bad for Critter that 5th place was looking good.

I thought that was a heck of a race. Way better then follow the leader on the bigger tracks. Black #7 came from 21 to 5 before he hit the wall and Saldana came from the tail up to 5th.

I enjoyed seeing Steve and Sammy starting on the front row. That was like a 30 year throwback and I loved it. Wish Sammy could've stayed out of trouble as that would have made it an even better race up front. He and brother Jeff can hash it over tonight.

On a side note... Brian Shaw got hit with a jack handle during a fight in the pits after the first mod heat.

A nice night of racing. A true full house crowd wise, and guys racing through the field. Critter put on a show and so did Robert Ballou. Unfortunately by the end of the feature for both of then it didn't end as well as they'd hoped. It was nice to see the two old men at the front of the field, it really was like old times.

Sorry to say, but watching Sammy take himself out by throwing a bad slider on his brother , made it a very memorable trip. At the other end of the spectrum, watching Steve try to throw a slider on McMahan and not take him out made it just as memorable. Just a great night all around.

I couldn't agree more with Flatrightrear & Racephoto1.Seemed like the cars would never end leaving the parking lots, must have been parked halfway to Fort Branch.
On a more serious note, prayers out to the driver mentioned above after the incident in the pits. Totally uncalled for IMO.......
