Wow, so you don't want promotors to run sprints or pay more money? I thought the ideal was to have tracks run every week and pay bigger purses. Fans are hard to please!

i say let it be , its been going on for years, one way or another , most teams that compete at lps arent going to go to paragon to race kiss , most teams that compete at paragon arent going to lps to race kiss, same with bloomington, gascity, tss & the burg . the guys that race kiss mostly are money racers! they chase it cause thats how they make a living or suppliment there income ! so you get the hand full of big guns along with your local racers at every track.

My partner in crime and myself had this conversation yesterday! When we were looking at the track schedules for this weekend (if it didn't rain...hahaha), we were faced with a decision as to what track to attend. We don't just follow sprints, we also love modifieds. The modified class doesn't have near the amount of big shows that sprints have, and of all things, Brownstown and LPS had 1,000 to win in the modified class this past weekend! I don't understand why they do this to the drivers and the fans; there are plenty of other Saturday nights that there is not a higher paying modified show anywhere in Indiana. I take my hat off to Tri-State and Lawrenceburg this racing season, they have both put large purse mod races on the card, and thank heavens, not on the same weekend! I realize we should be happy about getting to see the racing at all, but why not give these guys the chance to attend all of the shows that pay more money by not scheduling the few higher purses on the same night.
