Thanks Chris,
I have been in that seat for 21 years and am still surprised when I show up every week and my name is still on the roof. Sad part is I think the owner could still get the job done behind the wheel himself with one leg and all. About 8 years ago he strapped in for an old timers race at the Burg and was the fastest thing out there by far.

Message to young Mr Larson , stay as close to Mr Kunz as you can. He will take you as far as you want to go. By the results you have had, why drive for anyone else right know?

The HAR 69 is a good ride no doubt but they are missing something... Drivers fire crew chiefs, car owners fire drivers, and teams try new equipment when they are struggling.... but most of the time it seems to come down to the general outlook and attitude of the people involved that make the difference!!! There are alot of guys that would love the chance to drive that racecar including me! But I think that they should really take a look at Chad Boespflug...Hes a heck of driver, and great dude and deserves to show case his talent with a team with the same goals as him!!!

Hoffman has some good sponsors to satisfy. Maybe Mean Green and Oyxdol didn't feel they had enough exposure for their $$$. Just thinking out loud. As long as there is more good drivers than there is good cars you are going to see this.

Love to see Chad Boesflug get a shot on the strength of his Sprint Week performances. JJ Hughes is another good shoe. Would Justin Grant change rides? Another driver with a win this year that I think deserves a shot is Brent Beauchamp.

How about the huge chance that this is simply a hoax????? Since when have the Hoffmanns ever needed to advertise on a web site forum for a driver???? Do you really think that they are at such a complete loss as to who to put in their car that they would sink to this level??? My guess is, somebody is having a good laugh right now.......JMO

I think destroying a car every other time he hits the track might have something to do with this.

Straight off Hoffman's website:
Kyle larson will be making his Hoffman racing debut at Oskaloose, IA

A decision has been made to put Kyle Larson in the "MEAN GREEN MOPAR MACHINE" for Tuesday nights race at Oskaloose, IA.. Making a driver change is not the most pleasant part of racing on any level. However it is a part of racing and should never be a reflection on a driver or team. We wish Daron the best in his future racing endeavors. Find more on Kyle Larson at this link: http://www.kylelarsonracing.com/bio.htm

While it doesn't make it any easier, every driver that drives for a car owner knows (or should know) at some point they will lose the ride. Dave Darland is one of the best sprint car drivers ever and look at how many rides he's had.

Who cares what I think, but Darren Hagen is a nice young man and a talented driver.

Just exchange Daron for Darren.

I'm one of those that think that some other things need to be looked into. I said the same thing when the Hoffman/Coons, Jr. split happened. Why not try a Maxim, Spike or DRC? I know that they tried a Maxim, I believe, last season. Did that car get destroyed, or did they give up on it?

I really think that the outcome with Daron would have been different if they were running a DRC, Maxim or Spike. However, with that being said, I saw the split coming this time. He tore up some equipment and you can't blame them for not wanting this to happen any longer. It's just a shame that the drivers keep getting swapped, but nothing else seems to change.

I wouldn't be shocked if Larson did well in the #69. He's a huge talent and on a roll right now. I could be wrong, but I just don't see their equipment being consistent, which I think is the main issue they're facing.

Again, as always, JMO...
