Yes, no tire or weight rule for at least the 3 races and then see what we have.

Two things. First off thank you all!! The info has been awsome and productive. Second of all there will be "NO" weight rule or tire rule for the mini's.I'm not sure if We know what we are doing when it comes to teching the VW,Chevy's,Quad 4 and Olds engines. This is really over my head. So, I am looking for a Midget tech director for this season that would help us during our Midget shows. Please send an email or call me at 812-420-1973 if your interested.Thank You John Gurley

John, just want to thank you for inviting the mini's to run with the midgets. We're looking forward to being able to take the wings off and try our hand at "wingless" racing for a change here in Indiana. Wish you the best and hope you have a good turn out for this series.

How many races will there be total in the series? Will there be a total series champion? Will there be discounts on tires available for the mini sprints as well? Finally, if this is a point series will there be one winner or a midget winner and a mini winner?

We are looking at 6 to 10 shows. We will know in the next few days. There will be points but only one Champion. We are working on a tire deal with American Racer and will be able to sell them at a substantial discount. We will still allow the Hoosier SP4.We are also working out the particulars on a fuel deal so that we can sell the fuel at a killer price to our competitors. The price per gallon should be around $2.55 to $2.65. We will continue to strive to take the sting out of the race to race cost of competing with us a much as much as we possibly can.

Now that would be some very cheap racing gas if it goes at that price.

Haha. You can't be serious. Apparently POWRi is arrogant too since they scheduled events against the Hut in 2009. Guess USAC showed them! They ended up not running the Hut Hundred and changing it to a sprint car show!
