RF 20, it has not been rescheduled as of tonight, Monday night July 13th. I have been in contact with the powers that be at Fairbury and when I hear anything I promise I will pass the info along here.

I feel the same as you RF20 in regards to seeing open wheel action and I live near Fairbury (less than an hour). Their (FALS) primary concern and bread and butter is dirt late models. That is not to say that the folks at FALS and the POWRi folks won't exhaust every possibility to reschedule this POWRi show but it's doesn't carry the weight of some of FALS' dirt late model shows.

I don't mean to diminish what Chris said but I go back a long way at Fairbury and it's been a very LONG time since there has been any type of open wheel show at FALS. It is very hard core dirt late model country. I would venture a guess that if the POWRi feature is run last at least half the crowd would leave following the late model feature. I've seen it before at Fairbury.

Just the way it is here in the North Central Illinois dirt racing scene.

Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

If midgets put on half the show that I've seen the late models put on up there, it's going to be absolutely epic.
