Slept great, Was getting very cold so I skipped the Street Stock Feature which I love the SS guys.
Was great to see Westfall win the mod race, It was a hard fought battle as well.
I guess just cause I'd been following them since they started I was watching Adam Cruea and Justin Owen
all night Owen transferred from his heat

and I was sending updates to Steve Cruea on Adam but he ran a heck of a consi to transfer. Best i'd seen him run yet as his loose off problems seemed to have gone away. Once he figured out not to follow Courtney into jumping the cushion, He passed him clean and passed him again when Cortney didn't clear him coming to the checker and grabbed the final transfer.
Taylor (Who I don't know too well) looks great in the Hery Ride and Grant came around in Walker car to make a strong run.
Was great seeing Boespflug back in the Nine Eight, Once he was dialed in in the heat he was gone! Spun Mid Race in the Feature and still managed a top ten.
Ted Hines has to be the sleeper of the Burg, Man is he tough!
Landon Simon Rode Cadillac Style on the Cushion most of the feature and like Ballou had huge runs down the front straight. There were lots of swaps for positions within the same lap in many positions.
Hunters Motor sounded sick under yellow but you sure couldn't tell it by the racing action, Him and Ballou hard fought the final couple laps with Ballou on a huge cushion run in three and four ran him down at the line in what I and others had to look at the scoreboard to see who finished where for SECOND.
Congrats to Bell for his second in three races Sprint car win.
I really want to thank everyone who put on, attended and participated in Jason Soudrette's benefit in Agner Hall. I spend a lot more time in there than I thought I would have done, Took part in a couple of the Raffles and ate a nice lunch followed by several B.S sessions with a bunch of friends.
Was nice to see so many participating in
www.bethematch.com as potential bone marrow donors. What a great event.
Jason still has another week or two of the heaviest treatments yet but Im told he's in good spirits and keeping himself in shape for the battle I have no doubt he'll win before the transplant.
Hang in there Jason Soudrette!
Thanks for reading some unconventional views of How I seen the day.
