Taken out of perspective it is Dumb. Don't get me wrong, Im not a Cunningham cheerleader, matter of fact. I don't know what to think of him. But he has stated that he sees the casino as temporary and that it has at minnimum ten more years as being the meal ticket before KY and OH get gambling themselves. There are a lot of buisnesses that benifit from the Race Track that don't from the Casino. Car washes, Diners, Truck stop ect Go Kart tracks ect. He has mentioned this on radio interviews and I do believe much of this to be true. The other half, Of spending the money in the coffers. Thats true also.

The only downside to the racer is the track itself. I don't see going from 3000 seats to 7000 as a bad thing. I've said before that it's going to take some creative promotiing and yes it's true. Higher purses mean higher $$$ but honestly IMHO and I've heard others state it as well. The old track was getting to be Same ole, Same ole every week and what else isn more $$$.

I loved racing at the old burg (Most of the time) but I also seen no possibility of growth and a track barely able to break even and make a very small profit.

Your views are not wrong on any of these things, theres good reasons for all of it.

However the true focus on the future and why we aren't racing this weekend is one thing. BRAY ASPENBURGER.

The rest is just details.
Chuck, still mad at Cunningham for taking my HFC seats. (J/K)

Alright fishnman, since your not going to let us in on what you know, If you had to describe Danica as a fish what species would she be and what lure would you use to hook her? I'm going with a large mouth Bass and a rooster tail.

#1 The track WILL be done very soon.
#2 The long wait will be worth it in the end, and soon it will all be a afterthought, we will move on to the next gripe.
#3 The city and mayor have done alot for racing and support it by spending multi millions to make it better, while other cities are closing tracks.
#4 The delay has hurt me more than everyone here combined.
#5 Life could be worse, could be dead, in a war overseas, sick, I am happy to be a part of great track with great people, made a ton of new friends and alot more enemies, lol
#6 I have found out that no matter what you do, the next day will be here whether you ready or not.
#7 Nobody can control the weather, well except me and Fishnman in the winter, we make snow.
#8 Look at all the money we are saving the racers and fans. Talked to Steve Gaines tonight and he is loaded with cash from not spending it racing, lol
#9 everybody take a deep long breath and say with me....The wait will be worth it!!
See you all real soon!!

Milk and donuts? I would say a bottom feeder, a yellow belly. As far as a lure, anything you put on the bottom.

That is a tough one, Could be a carp, but never caught a carp using a lure, usually just caught carp in my younger days by using STINK BAIT! How about a Northern Pike using a two Blade spinnerbait, one blade being a Colorado blade and the other being a Willow leaf blade, you know something that looks expensive and shiny that Draws ALOT of attention. The reason I would say a Northern pike is that, to me, it is a beautiful fish, until it gets hooked (that being that it did not go the way it had planned) then the fish gets real ugly, ready to fight anything!
