i got a pic of bondio car with ski on LF not sure how to post though.

There's a photo in the link in thread #38 of this post. If the photo is already on your own site, you would get a link and use the "landscape button" which says "insert image" when you hover over it. If it's on your computer you have to go to attach files and click "manage attachments".
