No problem...
I started going to Western Springs here in Auckland in the sixties.The Springs has always been strong on Midgets.
Our biggest race is 50 laps on the quarter-mile dirt.
As a fan growing up in NZ,I had heard of this great Midget race in the USA called the Hut 100,33 Midgets on a half mile dirt over a 100 laps.
Just had to see that..!!!
Got to Terre Haute in 2003,only to have thunder storms cancel the race.But got to see the Silver Crown cars race on the Sunday night.
It was a great experience.
So,hence the interest from me in saving the Action Track,as I would like to see many more years of racing there,and especially a Hut 100.

:eek:...All the way from NZ for a rainout?! For me that would have been cause for an extended consultation with Captain Morgan!:rolling:kookoo:rolling
