Here is an idea...
Since NASCAR is essentially Big Brother why don't they inject a microchip in all of their hard card recipients and they won't have to carry a credential. Through technology and GPS they could monitor all of their actions and their whereabouts. You know like keeping track of their participants when they are in certain parking lot in a Cincy area Theme Park, to rolling their vehicles a mile from home and walking home (aka Mike Waltrip) to getting drunk out of their minds and crashing and killing themselves (aka Rob Moroso)
Obvioulsy toungue in cheek but like OSSUKS mentioned, rules are rules and no one is above the law...with the single lone exception of DonMoore10!

Wow. What an honor. Now I've been elevated to the position of the almighty midget pope. Thanks to you E. P., you've successful turned a post that has nothing to do with me into another DonMoore10 luvfest. hahahahahahahahaha
Here's my take on this: Kahne and the other NapCar guys put their pants on the same way I do everyday. Just because they drive a race car by no means gives them a right for special treatment. To be honest, most of the posts on this thread are very surprising and disguisting. I've read the police reports on here and the witness accounts. Sounds like the guard was doing his job as he would be expected to do. Security is a 911 priority these days everywhere you go and this situation was no different. The Napcrap guy and partner had cell phones, I'm sure, and could have called somebody that had the proper ID. Regardless, there was a better solution than shoving the guard, whether it was a tap or to the ground. Sorry, guys, but touching another person with a shove or whatever is grounds for assault, plain and simple. Now having said that, enter the high priced lawyers that will cut a deal and the NapStar guy will be assigned to give a few speeches at a cummunity center and everybody will live happily ever after.

If you don't have a temper and a don't screw with me attitude you ain't much of a race driver. And anyway we are talking rentacop here. you know minimum wage who the hell are you kinda help here. If you don't know who I am buy a program. Give a dufus a badge and all of a sudden he is somebody. Part of his training should have been to memorize all the drivers and important folks. And Kasey hurting a big guy like that. I'd be embarassed to claim it. don't mess with a pissed off driver RULE# 1
