Congrats to Tate and the Ramsey Brothers Racing crew! There was some very good racing during the evening. A good car count, which was great to see. The hard work to get the track ready and made for a rough track, but it was a racey one. The bottom a bit rough, but just above that looked good, which made for top groove.

Joey Paxson did well in the Berry #29. That car has always been good, especially at Rushville. It would be nice to know the combined years on the top two cars. I'm sure Sandy could help, but I think Tate's car is one of the last that Bob Lowe made. So, I'm guessing that it's no "spring chicken".

Sorry I missed you, Jen. I saw you once, but that was it. I had to get head home after the races, so didn't get a chance to come to the pits. I did enjoy my first MTQRL event!

Shawn,

Be honest. I stood in the pits after the race and talked to you.

Thank you all for bringing out 3 cars. I'm sad to hear you're retiring the #56.

Double thanks to the Hall of Famers. It was lots of fun hearing their stories. We are very fortunate to have them mingle with the fans and talk about the past. Something we should do more often.

Thanks, MTQRL official crew for the fantastic job you do to keep the show moving with lots of cars and several new faces.

Just think of the passing there would have been if the rain hadn't shortened the time to work on the track.

Ditto on Gary Lee being the man. Who else could make the Smith Implements gator race so exciting! Way to go WIFE FM's Jordon!

The DVD should be available for purchase at the VUMTQRL race at Greensburg, Saturday, August 8. There was lots of smart and gutsy racing last night.

Well run show, our first mtqrl event, track was great considering all the rain at least there were multiple grooves to run and lots of clean passing.
Thank you for racing. We pride ourselves on the great race teams that race in our series. This is a great place to learn the ropes of racing and have fun. Hope to see you at more races.

Thank you for making the trip over to Rushville and thanks for waving the green flag. Your father touched a lot of lives in the racing community and his spirit will live on in many.

Sorry I didn't stop and talk on my way over to the press box. I almost had you confused with JPM. You two look so much alike. After the races, I'm tied up taking care of business so it's hard to catch me then.

Did you get your shirt? I'll get your wife's shirt to you when the order arrives.

I am always amazed at how well the #29 holds up after all this time. Joey sure knows how to drive it. Tate just found the rail and rode it.

Yes, three wide in turns three and four and down the front stretch. The DVD will be on sale soon. And, if you think that you can not pass in the turns on a fairgrounds track, you should also see us at Madison, Shelbyville, Rushville and Greensburg.

It has been proven that the MTQRL drivers can put on a great show on darn-near any track we put them on. You should check them out sometime.

Hope to see you at a track sometime,

Last night was a great night for TQ racing. I have to say a huge thanks to Gary Lee for everything this season, we are getting to meet people and experience things that we never could have before. He is great to have around and I am learning alot from him. Also the track was great last night and there was a very tacky 2nd grove, alot due to the weather earlier in the day, but it made for great racing. Last thing since I know they all read this, all the other drivers that came last night it was great to get to race against you again. I look forward to it again soon.

Yeah, I think you might have me confused with JPM, Dale. I was with him last night, so I'll bet that added to the confusion...lol! He told me he was going to the pits to talk to you. Yikes!

No, I didn't get my shirt, Jen. I wasn't sure who to ask for it, but also didn't want to be a bother. I can wait until you get my wife's in, so I can get them both at once. No biggie! I was too busy yapping to even know it was you before it was too late. You buzz around there pretty good...haha! Just let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Thanks,
Shawn

This is Carl Cruse and that was my truck in the parking lot with the TQ in the back. I just got the car from Jermey Perdue last weekend. Had the car in Indy at Speed Service and was on my way back to Cincinnati and I wanted to check out Rushville. I will have the car ready to go for Greensburg on the 8th.
