I'm also curious to learn how this turns out, since I started announcing at the Speedrome in 1982 for the Thursday night USAC regional series. I got to call Tony Stewart's first USAC victory, the debut of the Mike Fedorcak Munchkin, the nationally-televised Bev Griffis feature win, Rich Vogler's victory in a 500-lapper and the championships by Michael Lang and Ted Hines.

A couple of weeks ago, a representative of the Speedrome contacted me and asked if I was interested in announcing for the new owners. As often happens in cases like that, I never heard another word.
