Thanks Jim, guess I should have read the entire thread before asking Don what I felt must have been a strong possibility Bobby racing at Anderson. That is dedication hauling from Mass. to Indiana, hope Bobby does well.

SANTOS WINS ANDERSON’S “NIEBEL CLASSIC”


Anderson, IN……..Bobby Santos III of Franklin, Mass. led all 50 laps to win Sunday’s “Glen Niebel Classic” Sprint race at the Anderson Speedway. The race served as the debut for USAC’s new National Pavement Sprint Series and Santos piloted his Santos Motorsports Beast/Gaerte to the win after withstanding early-race pressure. Kody Swanson finished finished second ahead of Bobby East, Chris Windom and A.J. Fike. Aaron Pierce was the fastest of 23 qualifiers. The next Pavement Sprint race is May 12 in Indianapolis, Ind.
