when the drivers get a provisional they dont get points for that race is this right?

They get National Points but not Indiana Sprint Week points.

They get National points but no ISW series points

Thought I heard over the PA at Gas City that provisionals get national points, but not sprint week points.

That's what the USAC rule book says....no points if provisional is taken.
