And that's unfortunate because personally I like the place, and have seen some fabulous races there.
I go one better, I've never seen a close to bad race there. The promotor screwed me good but the track rocks.

How about going to Kamp, followed by Terre Haute and Bloomington. There would be a lot less travel that way.

Or better yet, don't go back to Kamp until they've proven they can put on a show that people can actually see.

Logistically I agree Bill, GC & The Burg switching nights? That is what the Burg's website has though, Friday Night. USAC @ GC on a Sat nite, weren't the last two Saturdays @ GC "rained" out?:headbang

It's very tough for a track that runs routinely on one night to get a good grandstand crowd on another night of the week. People are creatures of habit. So, I can understand why Lawrenceburg would not want to switch. Same wth Gas City.
