I don't know why some of you guys are so up tight. I had fun both nights. Great car counts and it looked like good crowds. Haubstadt's B-main had 18 cars with names like Levi, Windom, Bland, T-Mez, Ballou, Hughes, Riggs and others. You know u got the heavy hitters when your B looks like that. B'ton's B was stacked as well. Boy was it fun to see Fitz go from dead last to finish 2nd. Great display of car control tonight by all the drivers. Lots of people got many wheels off the ground but there were not many flips. JS just can't be stopped right now.

Great job tonight by a guy who this year has raced only MSCS races for the most part ( since he quit the Bopper mobile), and pulls to the track in an open trailer. Job well done, Kyle Cummins!!!

Don't hate the player, hate the game. It's not like they have a huge budget and are out spending everybody. I think a team like theirs should be When you go from starting last in a heat (Friday night) after a yellow and take the win, that says something about the "machine" that is Team Foxco.

Regarding MSCS, I do wish they would tweak the format somewhat. Whether that means going to some sort of passing points format, or group qualifying, or something else, what they do now isn't right. I just don't think it's sufficient to simply draw pills and run heats for a 10k to win show. Then again, a bad heat race draw didn't hurt Fitzpatrick or Kyle Cummins too badly. There's no such thing as the perfect race format, but this defintely isn't it.

Excellent MSCS weekend. Stanbrough proves again and again that he is the $ MAN. 50 lappers at Tri-State are epic in nature. Tough luck for MDC at Haubstadt. He needs a break in luck at this track. Blake Fitz is definitely the Fastest Car around for the past 2 months or so. Last to 2nd in the stacked field last night was amazing. Class act. Kudos go to Kyle Cummins on his run last night. Runnin that wall like his daddy used to. Windom needs to be spanked after last nights episode. You cannot do that chit after a race is over. B'tons and Haubstadts tracks were both in tip-top shape. Wish B'tons track led to more passing though. As far as the MSCS series, I believe they are as strong as ever. If drivers and teams did not care for this series, they would not get 48 and 33 cars a night. Format wise, if JS can start last in his heat and win it, then start on the pole and win, well the rest of the guys just need to step it up a few notches I guess. Personally, I would just like for them to require transponders, and use their hot lap sessions as qualifing times. Kill two birds with one stone that way. All in all 2 good shows. Weather fantastic for both, and good crowds at both events. Hope Mike and Tommy made a profit. JMO ............... P.S. Good to meet Coach Meese.
