It wasn't a plug, and if you want to get specific....Fremont had this one scheduled for quite some time, and Kokomo decided to reschedule against it.

Just a point of clarification. The race at Fremont was originally scheduled to be run at Millstream. It was moved to Fremont on Thursday July 22nd according to the press release on the Millstream Speedway website.

Kokomo had a regular race date scheduled for last Sunday since the schedule came out in the spring. The Bob Darland Memorial Race was originally scheduled for June 13th and was rained out. The rescheduled date was the following week of June 20th and it was rained out also so they moved it to last Sunday night.

I don't care either way and I am glad that both venues ran a successful program. I hope everyone enjoyed the show no matter which one you attended.
