Susan,

He wasn't having a good night. John said he was about to go a lap down, when the checker was thrown.

Just got home from Kokomo. Another wonderful evening of racing at THE Sunday night track. The O'Connor's get a big thank you for getting this show in. I was amazed with the few yellow's in all divisions this evening. With a rain delay, reworking the track and the sprint feature was done by 9:35 PM is almost too good to be true. All the real old geezers who ***** and complain about getting home late should have made curfew this evening. They should be asleep by now so they can be up early for some cream of wheat.:2:

Cole was hooked up on the top after the rain delay. Is it just me, or do Stanbrough and Cottle line up next to each other all the time? It seems like they are always in the same heat, same row in the feature, etc... Another nice effort from Blake Fitzpatrick in the black 10f machine. Sorry that we missed Bryan Clausen and Robert Ballou. Don't know about Clausen, heard he took a tumble at Haubstadt last night, but Ballou took another tough ride into the fence last night at Lawrenceburg. He may be out of equipment with the two crashes so close together. Just glad to hear that both are okay, cars can be replaced. Hopefully they will be back next week.

I think Blake Fitzpatrick is the most improved driver I have seen in this young season. Tonight on the restart after the rain he went to the top and shot by several cars including Cottle and Stanbrough if I remember right. Stanbrough had to work hard to get back past him near the end. Also in the B that was as hard as I've seen Josh Spencer hang it out in awhile. Great job by the Kokomo staff for getting the show in and of course the great pork chop sandwich :2:
