I am going to opt for Bill Gardner and Mrs. G by his side. The other two spots can remain vacant on the side of my mountain for the rest of eternity. I am sure I can pull in a lot of boys and girls to pick up a chisel and hammer this into my hillside.
Thanks, Mrs. G for all you do for us to allow us to keep hitting back and forth about this and that and that and this. And thank you, too. Bill. I know you are still watching. |

Well I don't have much to say that hasn't already been said, but I'm killing time waiting to meet some friends for great cajun food in Lafayette, Louisiana, so here goes:
Haven't followed pavement racing for many years, but the obvious choices of guys who went from dirt to Big $$$ pavement racing would seem to be: AJ Foyt, Mario Andretti, Parnelli Jones Since I've been going to sprint car racing (2010), I'm gonna pick 5 (averages out to 4, right? ![]() Never saw Opperman, Hinnerschnitz (SP?)or any of those other guys. I'm sure they were great too |
