It was worth the price of admission to watch Cody Swanson drive from starting in the back row to finish 2d. It's so rare to see a driver pass on the outside at Anderson. A great field of cars and wonderful weather made for a great night of sprint car racing
This is always a great race, and we do appreciate the folks at Anderson Speedway. I came away this year with one question. How can Caleb Armstrong blatantly spin at least two cars in his quest to go towards the front, but never got put to the tail until he tried to spin the 9 out and spun himself instead. I would have thought maybe even a warning was in line from the flag stand.
