I see it all the time that people will claim Race Monitor is wrong, But they're using it wrong. If the Clock shows in the upper right. You are seeing fastest times. Not finishing order.
Make sure the Podium is showing in the upper right for everything but hotlaps and qualifying. The Podium shows race finish. It will be all jumbled till they get one lap in but then sow the order they cross the line each lap.
