How do Provisional work in USAC? How many does a driver get a year? Do you have to be in the top 20 in points?

I sure wish I remembered all of this but I don't. I do know you have to be in the top so many in points, not sure if it is 20 or what and you are limited on how many you can take maybe 2 or 4, my memory on this one is a little fuzzy.

Apparently Paragon is running a different format tonight, not everyone is making a feature. That's the info I was given from my source at the track, a main about to push off. 48 cars were there tonight.
