Got to gas city at 1130. Taped off seats. Came up to sit around 5 to find 2 people sitting on our tape. They had the nerve to tell us we were rude. It's not perfect and I know not everyone can get here early but it is what it is. Plan accordingly.

I believe you get your seats after they've opened the gates on race day and you've bought your tickets, unless, the promoter designates a certain time that people can come down to the track and "pay" to reserve their spots... also, I believe it should be way more than a dollar and, the promoter decides where the money goes... promoting local auto racing is a tough buck. If he wants to put it in his pocket or, back into the business, more power to him.

Morning guyes is it still first come first serve seat marking at kokomo or is it closed off until gate opening first race of the season and taking my 5 year old daughter for first time and wanted a good seat thanx for your help

No seats marked until gates open at 2PM. There are however blankets in line and thats the order you get in to mark. That way its not a riot at 2PM
