Herbie also said no track would race the 20th. I recall seeing a race at TSS and the burg running.....

Everyone is looking at the glass half empty... When I see 30% chance of rain during the day and 40% chance at night... I read it like that's a 70% chance we will get hot laps and heats in and 60% chance of finishing the feature rain free! :-)
