Not here MX is going strong. At least 350 entries on a typical weekend. They still make two strokes, I won a state championship riding a 125 against 450 4 strokes. I do agree with you though about the prices, a new four stroke is over 8 grand. Than a top end rebuild takes thousands instead of a 150 bucks. Odds are likely little Johnie doesnt have the talent to be a supercross star anyhow, buy a 4000.00 used bike and go have fun, or better yet do what we just did and find a like new 125 yamaha for $ 2000.00. My boy is going to race mx this spring for the first time, the bike is good enuff to win in the 125/250 novice class. I'm thinking I could probley win a plus 50 moto or two on it against the 450's.
