I'd be a player for that deal! Probably be in Cali anyway,as my grandson was accepted at,and is currently attending, the LA Film School. We have been planning on spending the holiday with him,so this would work!
The track itself is going nowhere and definately is not going to be torn down like other tracks we have seen lately. However, this season is all but gone. I would not be suprised to see a new promoter in 2013 as it will take this whole season to sort through all the mess left behind by the previous operators.
