Just got home from Gas City, the track was so fast that there was little passing from the guys up front. Cottle did a great job out front but keep an eye on Fitz, he is really improving. Jon S. was fast early but the car didn't look like it was handling that well early in the Feature. Car on the move in the Feature was Travis Welpott, came from the tail to finish in the top 10. Jon was very fast. I understand this was the old car again and looked it. His front left never touched the track and he was very hooked off of turn 2, just like the past. In the feature the track was very fast and Jon tried a couple of different lines and lost ground each time, until he got in line and followed Elson. Peterbaugh and Welpott were the only ones that were able to pass it seemed. Jon and the car looked very good. Early night, Sprint + Mod feature done by 9:30.
