Because the last time I was at Terre Haute, the post-race nachos were not very good! haha

Also, in the past few years, the intensity of the racing at Terre Haute during heat races and even non-qualifier's races is not what it is the rest of the week. It has always killed the buzz of the week for me. Plus, a race there during the week lessens the chances even more of a shoestring racer winning the championship (see Gaines or Shively).

Nothing kills my buzz during sprintweek, except the drive between tracks.

The Boones Farm 50, often imitated, never duplicated.

So, is this Allison chic a promoter or something?

If it is true that the allison era is over at the action track glad to see this finally happen. But if you think Sargent is the answer sorry to say he is not the person for the job. Was hoping that they could go a little further south and get a real promoter from Tri-State to run this place to and then have some back to back shows on the RT. 41 road the action track on saturday night then on down to Tri-State on sunday night.
