Brady Short just flipped out of the ball park and over wood billboards at Tri-State a month or so ago, didn't see a huge out cry on here about it. I am sorry but, Brownstown, Bloomington, and even Lincoln Park's fence would not hold back a sprint car if one decided to go through it.
The only reason the hornet went over the wall and through the fence at Twin Cities years ago, was because the dirt had built up over 2 plus years of not being graded down. The point at where the hornet went over the wall there was only 3 feet or so of wall showing and he ramped up over the fence. I raced a mini stock those years and that build up of dirt on the wall was a nerve racking and I prayed that I didn't end up crashing and hitting and going over myself.
The new track promoter and crew are doing a great job this year. Some of the best racing I have seen there in a long time. Love seeing the Sprint Cars back. Keep up the great work!!
I will be there drinking my Yingling watching some great sprint car racing!!!
I do stay home. Fact of the matter is they don't get the racers I want to pay money and see. My own choice. Thanks.

Daytona? At That at least you feel safe in the grandstand.
The one thing that I love about Indiana, is all of the race tracks one can go to. If you are a race fan, you have choices on what track you go to, what classes you can go watch, and what drivers you want to go watch.
I think that people need to quit complaining and putting down other tracks on a public site. This thread was meant to promote the race this Saturday at Twin Cities. If someone has a reason for not going to Twin Cities this Saturday, then keep it yourself. There is too much complaining about tracks on here and all it does is hurt the sport. Instead, take someone who has never been to a dirt track to watch a race, wherever that might be.
It was Union co and there was rebar sticking out of the wall as well as in the stands. I don't think they would have thought it unsafe if it were just in the stands. The driver btw was BC and the win at putnamville was maybe his 2nd or 3rd win I think.
