I guess people go to races to judge bleachers now, lol. Maybe you need to get Speed Channel or JackSlash and watch at home in your recliner. But Gas City's seats are pretty good compared to lets say.... Butler Speedway.

Yes, it was a good movie. It was made in 1949. Mickey Rooney is now 93 years old. Made news a couple of years ago when he testified about elder abuse. Famous for his numerous marriages to a bevy of beauties from the Hollywood scene.
wow, did not know he was still aLIVE/ BET HE WOULDN'T BE TOO FOND OF THOSE TREACHEROUS BLEACHERS AT KOKOMO SPEEDWAY/ WONDER IF HE CAN STILL WHEEL A MIDGET (THEY'VE CHANGED A BIT SINCE THOSE DAYS)
I would say the bleachers at Pennsboro, West Virginia would make the bleachers at Gas City look like the turn 2 luxury suites at Indy.
I've never complained about the seating accommodations of any track since visiting good ol' Pennsboro a couple of times.
Silver Crown Championship Dirt Cars properly driven on a one mile dirt track are classic poetry in motion. Using that analogy, Jack Hewitt is one of the greatest poets of all time.

Were you sitting in a tree on the mountain by the track???? ..... I miss that place, it's a shame to see the pictures of it wasting away these days
wow, are they still racin at pennsboro?/ I once climbed the big hill above the bleachers and had my lunch up there while watching fields of 20 plus late models running 20 lap heat races high as can be!
oh, and also saw donny kreitz win $25,000.00 g's there another time in what I believe was the 1st of the big paying sprint car races!
