I love running non wing sprints at Clay County, the sprints run 2nd on schedule every evening. Started out with 12-14 early in 2012 and grew to 20 plus each week. Mscs talked to me about dates here at Clay but just did not come together for a few reasons. I was excited about the offer but just did not seem to work for my local guys, and as we all know, the every week guys are the ones to help pay the fuel bill. I do have more special shows for every class this season, including the sprints opening night 3-23-13 is "sprint car spectacular 20" $1200 to win on 18 cars, $1400 to win if 25, and goes up even more if 28.
Got schedule about 75% done still tying a few things down to have complete 2013 schedule.

When we first moved to area (1997) it seemed like TSS ran mostly Sundays with a few Saturday nights. It has flipped, with now just a few Sunday shows. I am not sure why they changed, probably due to complaints about late Sunday nights. There just seems to be too many tracks that run Saturday for the amount of cars available. A return to Sunday night shows might help. Kokomo is far enough North that having a show in the South won't affect them too much as far as fans and cars. Alot of us this far South are not going to make the 4+ hours trip to make it up there on a Sunday night, and vice versa. I'm not trying to start another TSS vs. Kokomo peeing match, I'm just saying they are far enough apart for both to get cars and fans.

And then there are the poor fools (like me) who live about halfway between Kokomo and Haubstadt.

That would be a horrible problem to have.

Fool maybe, but poor, absolutely not. You rich former USPS carriers have so much money they don't know how to spend it.

Right there with you Chuck. Ole Danny boy could fund both of our race habits for life. I can't even get him to buy me a cheeseburger.
