Mr Heil I want to know why you took it upon your self to talk to the Burg's staff. If as you say you really don't know to much about either driver. Do you have a per cent intrest in A.M.S.A.? I think you was out of line, but, you yourself is keeping this all fired up. He was placed in 20th spot. That should be the end of it. But, I do agree with the track was in bad shape. If Mr Rudisell reads this I hope that he would rotate the different classes each week, the Mini Sprints are the last every week they run there. I know everyone wants to race, pack up and hit the road, I was the same way when I raced. But, is it fair for them to be the last out every time. Your crowd would stay longer and you would sell more beer and hot dogs, if you would put the main event last once in awhile. I viewed the youtube and what I seen is not what everyone seen. I seen the 28 car low on the track and 4 up high then you see the 28 coming up high and next you see the wreck. the 28 car had to see the 4 he was behind, then beside and bam. Where was car 4 to go. I guess he didn't want to hit the brakes, for he didn't know how many cars was behind him. That would have been a bigger wreck. so I said my 2 cent worth, now everyone will have to ***** to me. Right Mr Heil.

As for rough driving there wasnt any need to come from the bottom of the track to the top like that it is just stupid and for those who say he didnt know he was beside him you have to be hard of hearring to not know someone is beside you like that, they raced each other hard out of 2 and then down the straight away the 28 just shoots up the track when he knew the 4k was right there by him. when people say the 4k should have lifted that has to be the dumbest thing i have heard he was on the outside up against the wall and the 28 was the one who ran up into the 4k's line. i agree that rubbin is racin but tearring peoples equipment up is a just dumb and its gonna get someone hurt, we all put a lot of hard work, time, and money into our cars to run up front and people are starting to get tired of getting their cars tore up and that is why the 4k said somethin to jerry about the rough driving jerry tells use in the drivers meeting that we dont need the rough driving. That is my 2 cents and i will see everyone this weekend at waynesfield.

Lol, stupid to move up.. last time i checked If your on the inside, and ahead its not a "stupid" move.. I mean look at world of outlaws.. they "steal" lines every lap.. and he did hit right rear to left front.. Your hearing doesnt tell you where the tires are.. and if it does, then maybe your racing talent exceeds mini sprints and you should jump straight to F1.. I dont know any of those guys running but i do know he didnt do anything out of the ordinary.. Hes fast, if hes going around and passing cars, he HAS TO CHANGE LINES.. the guy on the outside maybe shoulda got out since he could SEEEEEEEEE not rely on hearing.. either way it happened its a done deal..

Please, call me Phil.

Someone from the Burg saw my post and contacted me. I did not contact L-Burg. Although it certainly would have been my right if I had wanted to since I pay the same membership fee and entry fee as everyone else. And you've been around long enough to know I have no connection to the AMSA.....you're being disingenuous.

As for your take on the accident.....that's really not the point as I have said 500 times now. The point is there have been worse incidents that have not been called. I can think of two of them right off the top of my head involving drivers that have posted on this thread.

So please, spare me your holier than thou attitude.....you gotta problem with me having an opinion stop by and talk with me at the track. All I did was post a video that showed the simple fact that the wreck did not deserve a DQ.

---------- Post added at 08:02 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:57 PM ----------

And Harry, I do agree.....it would be nice to occasionally run first or at least before the Mods. Why don't you have Jerry speak with Dave about it.

yes some has met me, I have even talked to you over at Twin City. Also Bill and Allen. some of the guys from A.M.S.A. also it is fun just to stand around and watch. If you see me sometime just watching before the race starts come on over and say hi. I am in the pit stands lots of times. maybe sitting next to you. who knows. I am who I am and not someone else. some thinks I am somebodysman guess you are wrong on that count. I don't even know who that is. I don't know the Tagues, just like what he is doing for the Mini Sprints. I see that he got the Mini Sprints in at Tulsa for the shoot out. GOOD FOR HIM. hope all can get out there, We all will be there and will do the chili bowl also.

UHH BUD BESIDE??? HIS RIGHT REAR TO #4s LEFT FRONT.. thats not BESIDE.. thats IN FRONT!!.. and if he didnt want to hit the brakes when you see a car coming up YOU HIT THE BRAKES OR THE WALL.. my bad though as it has been proven you have all the answers! Be cause he had to ASSUME if he hit the brakes then it was a bigger wreck.. Just as the guy (#28) FIGURES AHH HELL IM IN FRONT DO I HAVE TO HIT THE BRAKES BECAUSE I FEEL I HAVE THE ROOM TO THROW IT IN THERE.. I dont know who you are "Mr. jones" personally i dont care, but you eluded to the fact that you had raced before.. What did you race? I assume as you did earlier, that it was something very slow, soap box, bicycles, whatever it is.. But even then im sure you dont have the time to weigh the options.. and if you did.. again as before why are YOU not in F1 that is some top flight decision making skills bud.. your a joke, and so was your reply.. that guy in the 28 had the LINE, He was INSIDE and FURTHER MORE IN FRONT!! HENCE RIGHT REAR TO LEFT FRONT!!! 28 got screwed and the 4 car got screwed as well as he was not quick enough to realize **** i need to be on the BINDERS..

if anyone out there knows anything about racing you should know who JONES is. go back awhile, I set records in racing, with all kinds of race cars and yes I even raced lawn mowers. get your thinking caps on boys. some of you young punk and there is some of the old ones also just have to have things your way. Racing, is racing. the 28 car was put back in 20th spot. that should be the end of it. BUT, no you have to keep letting your fingers do the talking. Beau was put back if I remeber right a year or so ago for ruff driving. Like i said if you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. If the group that is doing all the complaining about 28 was right. LOTS OF people that view the youtube don't see it that way. and I have talked to alot of them. so enough is enough. get the thinking cap on boys. I have forgotten more then half of you will every remember. but, some just can't take being wrong. car owner, builder, and what does the driver have to say? Mr Henning is a nice guy I have talk to him many time. He messed up some this year, hope he keeps on racing there is talent there. just let things cool down and get on with the racing.

Harry, how much money do you spend on racing with the AMSA? Are you a member? You own a car? Just curious how much skin you got in this game.

Those of us forking out the cash to race with the AMSA have a right to discuss what goes on with the organization. You may be thin-skinned and not like it, but the majority of us can carry on an adult conversation and not get upset and throw insults around.

So, I'll ask you again since the point seems to be lost on you.....did the 28 deserve the DQ? If so, why....and how does it compare to other 'actions' you have seen on the track that have not been called?

We'll all be anxiously awaiting your response because you know so much more about racing than the rest of us do, as you so elequently explained in your post above.

Looking forward to it!

Phil Heil

Maybe that's the problem with racing today - too many people EXPECT other drivers to get out of their way and have no respect for others equipment.
