Wow sounded like a good race. I'm not familiar with this Bilbee guy but sounds like he did a good job.

He raced a hell of a race, Corey. I think everybody was thinking that once they got into lapped traffic that Stanbrough was going to eat him up. But, he actually beat Jon at his own game. Impressive performance under a lot of pressure would be an understatement. Really good race and a monumental effort was put in recovering this track from the clutches of Mother Nature. The fifth heat race was the best heat I've seen so far this year. You could have thrown a blanket over the top four, for almost the entire race. I was my third time at VCS this year and the third time I've left a happy camper.

3 Cheers for Dallas and Nick.

Father/son team. Great guys.

Nick has looked good all year.

I am also happy for Russ Harper. Getting to show everyone his talent. He and his dad are great.

Thanks for the kind words. Congrats to Nick and Dallas Bilbee! I couldn't be more proud of Russ. While I've been away friends like you, your brother (Baues at Leadesr Edge), JoeDev (DRC) and others helped him put this program together, Thanks! I'm done in Iraq on June 5th, can't wait to get to the track.

Nick has looked good all season ! What a win for that team.
Video will be up soon.

I think it needs to rain like that every week ? Nice track, great racing all night.

Best of the night was seeing IOW's Bill Gardner at the track helping Hayden again.

Now that the racing is over, would anyone have time to take a crack at this?

Thanks

I belieive Bilbee came from the "upright" mini sprint ranks.

Well, Urish, Weyant, and Nimmee all looked good tonight. Mitch Wissmiller also looked good until his engine gave up the ghost.

Keep an eye on Blake Nimee. This kid just moved up to the full size sprinters from the 600 ranks, and while he's not one of the more talkative drivers you're ever going to come across, you're still going to be hearing a lot from him in the near future.
