Overall I want the track to succeed and not play who is the new promoter every year or so. I think the only way is to get the fair board out of there by selling that portion of the property to one promoter. The drag way lately seems to be change promoters every 2-3 years. The downside to selling the property would be if it failed, it could be sold for development and that would be worse.
These type of Facebook posts don’t help with the overall confidence of the track.
No the downside to selling the track is no race promoter has enough money to beat the developers!!! Its hard for a full time racer to double as a promoter. I just wonder if Rose even put a bid in for this season?
